Cannot sign into Work Location tool (Cannot sign into IBM TRIRIGA as you do not have a valid user)


Overview


The Work Location tool may give the error "Cannot sign into IBM TRIRIGA as you do not have a valid user."  The below are steps you can take to remedy the error message.

Steps to Take


If you try to sign into the Work Location tool and receive message "Cannot sign into IBM TRIRIGA as you do not have a valid user:"

  1. Please confirm that you are using the correct Active Directory (AD username) when logging into application. 
  2. If you have more than one Active Directory (AD) user name (e.g. Student Employee), you must use the AD username tied to your employee ID (not your student account).
