Revoked/Locked Business Systems Account


 

Overview


If you are unable to access your Business Systems account, it may be locked or revoked. This article will discuss how to tell whether your account has been locked or revoked, and how to unlock your account.

Critical Concepts


Your business systems account may be locked when you enter your password incorrectly 3 or more times.

Your business systems account may be revoked for any of the following reasons:

Steps to Take


  1. Try resetting your password. Instructions on how to reset your password can be found here: Reset your Business Systems (SSO) Password
  2. If this does not work, your account is likely revoked, and you will need to contact your Department Security Administrator (DSA)
    • You can search for your DSA by inputting your email here: https://iam.ucsd.edu/dsasearch/
    • Please make sure you input your email with @ucsd.edu even if you would normally use @health.ucsd.edu
