Overview
We have created a series of sample forms for you to help learn the terminology of the options available to you while building a form. They are available on the ServiceNow Cataglog page in the portal.
We suggest starting with the Sample Case Form, it gives examples of many of the common question types, tips for guiding a customer to fill out the form correctly, and show some of methods of validating data across various tables within ServiceNow.
