Release 12.21.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on May 11, 2023.
Request Catalog
- Made minor verbiage changes to UCPath Reports Access Request Form.
- Made verbiage changes to EAH Row Level Security Form.
- Made verbiage and question changes to the EAH Developer Access Request form.
- Modified the flow for "Case Categories (Add)" so that any categories and subcategories created with the form automatically have 'sn_customerservice_case' assigned as the table and a catalog task is no longer made for Saul to do so.
Cases
- Updated the 'create normal change' button on case table to copy over more data.
Knowledge Base
- Added a new field to KB articles called "Order", which controls the order in which articles display on the portal. Specifics about ordering can be found on this KB article: KB0034609.
Asset Management
- Added HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dn to the order form to replace the HP Color LaserJet M454dn that CDW says is discontinued.
- Replaced the M1 14" Macbook with a new standard M2 14" model.
