Resolving SSO issues for the Symptom Screening Tool


Problem


The symptom screening tool is making me log in twice when logging in from a phone browser. 

Cause

Qualtrics requires cookies for session tracking and may run into trouble if the phone browser is not forcing renewed cookies for expired sessions. In this case, Qualtrics is creating a duplicate contact record and is needing to log in twice to consolidate the records.
