Release 14.0.0 updated the campus instance of ServiceNow to the Washington D.C. release and introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates. It was was sadly not implemented on July 4th, 2024, but instead implemented on July 13th, 2024.

Washington D.C.
The campus instance of ServiceNow has been upgraded to the Washington D.C. release, our 14th major version. Releases will now be denoted as version 14.x.x to identify this.
Asset Management
- Modified the Department and VC Area fields worked in the asset table, fixing an issue that occurred while trying to update Assigned To for an asset.
Data
- Deactivated the Chancellor's Office organization and any groups/services associated with it.
- Updated verbiage on the Service Owner email.
Email
- Updated the notification condition to email the customer if the agent sets HR case status to cancelled and adds a comment in the same action.
Request Catalog
- Made minor fixes to UC Path Transactor Request form per customer requirements.
- Updated the "Computer hardware requirements" task description for both the ITS Onboarding Form and ITS PO Contractor Hiring Form to be more instructional and for clarity regarding what is expected of the assignee.
- Updated questions on the One-Time Payment request form.
- Updated group naming option from CFO_BFB_IPPS to CFO_RRSS_IPPS on OnBase form.
- Updated the Reassign Hardware form to automatically add the recipient to the External Watchlist of the ticket, if provided on form submission.
- Updated the display fields when viewing a list-type variable
Service Portal
- Removed star ratings from Employee Center knowledge articles.
- Fixed an issue where the form questions would display twice.
- Updated description of Student portal.
