We encourage you to request from the standard offerings on our form. If your needs require a request for something outside of the standard, select "What I want is not listed" from the relevant drop-down box, and describe your request in the comment box for evaluation.
The form is designed to automate the creation of deployment tasks for an individual recipient. We ask that you submit individual forms for each recipient wherever possible.
In cases where you need to place a large bulk order, you may select the "What I want is not listed" option and use the comment box to describe your request in detail. Please keep in mind that this method is not recommended, requires manual oversight, and may complicate the scheduling of individual deployments.
We encourage you to have a conversation with us as to why bulk order requests may not be necessary, now that we are sourcing most hardware from the UCSD Bookstore.
All Project/Task numbers provided are used to generate approval tasks for the workflow approvers for their assigned Financial Unit. This is why it is crucial for you as a customer, to inform your department's financial managers of your impending request.
