Release 11.8.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on July 13, 2022.

Asset

• Made verbiage changes to the Asset Request form.

Request Catalog

• We removed the 'Internal Student' reason from the COVID Exemption Form.
• Cell Phone requests have been combined into a single form. If you have more than one request for the same person at the same time, you can request these items simultaneously, and customer information will transfer over automatically.
• Modified the Work Location Status form to require an answer to the "Remote Work Agreement" question if a user selects 100% remote.
• We made a minor adjustment to our Manage Group form to ensure approval groups created via the form do not gain agent roles.
