Follow these steps to make phone calls to off-campus phone numbers from your desk phone.  Instructions for calling both domestic and international phone numbers are included below.

 

Critical Concepts

• International calls require an authorization code which charges your department index account.
  • If your department does not have an authorization code, ask your business office to request one by submitting a Customer Service Request (CSR).

 

Steps to Take

Domestic Calls

1. Press 8.
2. Enter phone number.

International Calls

1. Press * 6 *.
2. Enter authorization code.
3. Press # 1 6.
4. Enter the country code.
5. Enter the city code.
6. Enter the remaining phone number.
