Release 14.9.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on September 11, 2024.

HR

• The "Requires Fulfiller Action" true / false field will be set by the following HR Case Statuses:
  • True: Draft, Ready for Agent, Awaiting Approval, Work in Progress, On Hold
  • False: Awaiting Acceptance, Closed Complete, Closed Incomplete, Cancelled
• Adjusted the notifications that send to internal watchers when an HR case is updated.  

Service Catalog

• Granted the ability to cancel New Hire Onboarding and PO Contractor Hiring RITMs to the ITS-StaffHR assignment group.
• Modified Language on the SAH Developer Form.
• Updated E Configuration catalog task's group in Campus ID Card form to RMP-EHS-EMMC.
• Edit email order guide and merge request form to messaging form.
• Added new field on sc_cat_item table that links a Catalog Item directly to their Order Guide (if applicable).
