Logging in as an Agent


This will walk you through the process for first logging in to Services+Support portal as an agent.

Steps to take (Portal)

  1. Go to support.ucsd.edu.
  2. Log in.
  3. You will now see 'Agent View' in the top navigation bar. Click it.

Steps to take (Agent View)

  1. Clicking on the 'Agent View' will bring you to a new screen.
  2. On your first login, you will be presented with a mini tour of the platform. Feel free to follow or dismiss it.
  3. You will be brought to a dashboard selection screen, we like to suggest 'Simplified Agent Dashboard' but you can talk to your team about what they use. If they use a workspace, select the appropriate workspace.
  4. You can now start to use the system!
