Release 9.12.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UCSD and was implemented on June 2, 2021.

Time Tracking

• We removed the time tracking message that displayed after updating a case.

Service Portal

• We modified the verbiage on a dropdown option for the Non-salary cost transfer form.
• We are releasing a lookup tool for users to lookup financial unit information from Oracle.
• We moved the UCPath Transactor Access Request form backend from using flow to workflow. This was done in order to streamline the process and reduce the number RITMs errored by the flow.
• We updated the service offering field on a number of catalog items (not the RITMs).
