How to edit and manage dashboards in the Agent view of ServiceNow.
In order for you to add content to a dashboard, you need to be the owner. You can check to see if you are the owner of a dashboard by checking if the following icon is available in the header bar of the dashboard:
If you would like to to add Interactive Filters to your dashboard, navigate to 'Add Widgets' select 'Interactive Filters' and the appropriate filter type. Most of the filters are going to be 'Reference' for drop down menus and 'Date' for date filters. If you plan on making reports available with interactive filters, it is best to keep them as broad as possible. Likewise, only the ServiceNow team is able to create interactive filters, so if you'd like to see one that isn't available, please reach out to us.
