Overview


Dashboards and reports are built by developers within various organizations across UCSD.  Issues related to these dashboards and reports should be routed to the organization responsible for the development and maintenance of the reports.

Users should be referred to bah.ucsd.edu or KB0033428 to Request a New Report, Enhance a Report, Contribute a Report, Ask Questions / Report Issues or Request Access in the future.

Route SNOW tickets to the organization responsible for the development and maintenance of the dashboards and reports using the following information.

 

 

 

 

Issues related to the tool used to build the report can be routed to the tool support team.  

 

 

Issues related to bah.ucsd.edu, related to blended reports or those that cannot be identified can be sent to the ITS-BusinessIntelligence team.
