Release 14.18.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on November 13, 2024.
HR Service Delivery
- Replaced the malfunctioning "HR Case Tag" database view with a correctly-functioning view. The new view has the same user-friendly name, but a different internal name (sn_hr_core_hr_case_tag). You will need to update your HR case tag reports to view content on this new database view.
- Exposed 'History'-related link for HR Agents.
Request Catalog
- Made minor updates to the New Location Request form.
- Fixed a bug with UCPath Access Requests, where variables were being reset.
- Fixed bug on the Student Equity Increase Form where common fields between multi and single student don't show when switching in between.
- Added new questions to the Submit a ticket to Advancement Form.
- Updated the workflow for the UCPath Cognos Reports Access Request form.
- Made verbiage changes to the Purchase Goods & Services form.
- Added options and updated language to the Payment Request Form.

- Updated how we associate a Project's Financial Unit from API call to SFTP connection.
- Added new pxGrid connection for Secure Connect project to pull CMDB information to Cisco ISE.
CMDB
- Set default values for NAC attributes for new devices manually created in the Hardware CMDB table. Includes a fix script to set these attributes for current devices in the CMDB.
Platform Analytics
- Updated Platform Analytics version.
Change Management
- Added another checkbox called Resolve incident to be added as choice for Improvements. It is needed because there are times when no follow up actions, research or improvements, are needed. The incident was successfully resolved using an SOP.
Admin
- Added condition to global UI Script to allow admin-roled users to access agent view.
