Release 10.0.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on 2021-08-28.
Quebec
- The UCSD campus instance of ServiceNow has been upgraded to the Quebec version, our 10th major version since inception. Releases will now be denoted as version 10.x.x to indicate this, with this release officially being 10.0.0.
Platform
- We removed some unused and confusing options from the Self-Service menu.
Reports & Dashboards
- We fixed a bug that prevented agents from seeing all reports on the Survey Results dashboard.
Service Portal
- We fixed an issue with multiple search boxes on certain Knowledge Base pages.
