- Onboarded Enrollment Group.
- Made minor performance improvements to case links from application navigator.
Service Portal and Request Catalog
- Made updates to the Manage Major Incident Text Notifications workflow.
- Made some adjustments to the Non UCSD or 3rd Party Cost Share Request Form.
- Made verbiage changes to the Specialized Instructional Computing Course Request form.
- Updated Order Computer Form with new Dell Latitude and Dell Optiplex models.
- Made minor adjustments to the ITS Onboarding workflow.
- Made minor edits to the ITS PO Contractor Onboarding Form .
- Fixed an issue where duplicate UC Learning courses were being checked and causing issues on the UC Path Access Request Form.
- Made minor change to one of the location options in the Submit a Ticket to Extended Studies Form.
- Added more groups to OnBase Request Form.
- Updated Payment Request functionality to require Task only when Account doesn't start with 4.
Agent View
- Fixed default columns for task table so that Task customer's Department is listed, not Task's Department. This fixes the department default view for any Agent dashboards that use the task table.
- Fixed a bug on data visualizations where they didn't load.
- Added new tab to the Platform Analytics Workspace under Data Visualizations.
HR Service Delivery
- HR agents can now create and edit templates on HR Strategy & Policy cases.
- Allowed HR case agents access to read the HR metric table.
- Members of the HR-HRSTFD and HR-HRSTGeneralSupport teams now have the ability to access quick case creation templates in the HR Case Management menu:
API Logs
- Created an Auto Flush record on the API Log table to delete everything created before 2 months ago.
