Release 11.28.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on December 7, 2022.
Service Catalog
- Updated verbiage on the Category Code Request Form.
- Added word 'Form' to the following forms:
- Hold Removal Request Form
- Time Payment Agreement Request Form

- Updated links on the Advancement Submit a Ticket form
- Reordered "Get Help" categories in Budget and Finance Portal
Group Roles
- Fixed a minor bug where user would remain in external customer group if the group was granted agent role at a later time.
Change Management
- Winter extended change freeze dates are from midnight Jan 4th 2023 to 5 PM Jan 13 2023 - dates need to be configured so they show up as conflicts in production
