Release 14.49.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on July 16, 2025.

- Fixed a minor bug for the Timekeeper Access Request form, where a mandatory field was not required for submission.
- Made minor adjustments to the Budget and Finance Enhancement Request Form
- Opened up the form to all users, allowing for PO contractors specifically to be selected as recipients
- Added EmployeeID as a search criteria and preview value when specifying the recipient of the request to help users select the correct person/account

- Added bulk import functionality for groups going live using the SecureConnect Endpoint Exception import template. This process is designed to quickly import large numbers of endpoint exceptions that are requested by the UISL for a Unit, and approved for a one-time import by the Unit Head or their Delegate, and the Chief Information Security Officer.
- Duplicating a shared visualization does not allow owners to configure the visualization in Visualization designer
- Added logging for HR Case Transfers for troubleshooting issues.
- Adjusted how action status is set in certain situations for HR cases
- Updated HR Case view on the HR Agent Workspace.
- Created a new snow-sccm account to perform the SG-SCCM updates to the CMDB.
- Moved Service Offering details for troubleshooting from ucsdcollab to ServiceNow
