Adjust What Shows in the Case Activity Feed


The default case view will show all information and fields. Some agents may prefer to hide various types of information, such as system updates.

Steps to Take

Show/hide Activity Feed Fields

The following shows how an agent can configure what shows up in their activity feed on tickets. 

  1. Scroll down to the 'Activity' section on your ticket.

  2. Click the filter button next to the activity feed.

  3. Once there, the agent can select or un-select the items they want to see in their activity feed:

    once the filter button is selected, a drop down of check boxes appears to allow you to choose what to filer by
