Release 14.30.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on March 5, 2025.

- Fixed an issue with the Order Computer Equipment form workflow conditions causing some tasks to trigger incorrectly.

- Opened up service, service offering, category, and subcategory for editing in list view for closed CSM Cases.
Change Management
- Type field is being made read only to prevent users from starting a second workflow by changing type from Emergency to Normal or Normal to Emergency.
