Release 12.33.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on August 9, 2023.

Cases

• Retroactively added Customer's Account to the Account field for cases where Account was missing. 

Request Catalog Forms

• Made minor verbiage changes to the Oracle & Concur Request form. 
• Made verbiage changes to SFP Access Request form.

User Information

• Added Current Registration Status and Last Enrolled Term fields to Student Information tab for student contacts.

Asset Management

• Added data transform for Library Assets in preparation for Laptop Loaner process.
