Release 14.24.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on January 22, 2025.
Request Catalog
- Replaced the Surface Pro 9 on the Order Computer Equipment form with a new generic Surface Pro 10 model, labelled as such but given a display name with configuration information for the current standard model. This model will be updated whenever our standard model changes, rather than replacing the model each time.
- Updated order of roles added on the OnBase Request form.
Service Portal
- Fixed an issue where approvals were running slowly on Service Porta.
Email
- Migrated notifications to a new notification format.
Administrative
- Added ACLs to manage cmn_schedule_blackout table.
- Created fields to calculate total projected hours and dollars saved for Problems.
Change Management
- Created a new category for standard changes called Integration Development Platforms and Services (IDPS). The category will be available for any new standard change requests associated with that group.
