- We slightly updated the workflow for the Jira / Confluence Request Form to resolve an occasional issue with RITMs left open unintentionally.
- We added new software to the Academic Software Licensing Request form.
Platform
- Modified the settings of one of our automated tests that was preventing us from running automated test suites in our QA environment before we push updates to production.
- Audited and adjusted multiple tickets that were closed without the closed at date / time field being populated. These will now properly show up on reports.
