Case Management
- Library Business Office has been onboarded into Case Management.
Data
- Adjusted the table structure of the Chart of Accounts data to reduce custom table count
Email
- Consolidated Kuali Build form submission parsers into a single script include.
- Added the ability to parse AD usernames from International Students Program Office (ISPO) and Business Office (BOTS) Kuali Build form submissions.
- Added the ability to parse Assignment Groups from BOTS Kuali Build form submissions.
Human Resources
- Fixed a bug where certain work notes and updates on HR Cases were not being made by "System User".
Platform
- Adjusted flow for notifying SNOW team when no emails are received by the system.
Request Catalog
- ITS Student Onboarding Form - Adjusted the display of variables on the task assigned to Workstation Lifecycle.
- Multiple forms - All forms that check for Privacy Training are now checking the correct course codes.
- Library Business office has been added as an option.
- Removed quotes from CSVs created by the Timekeeper Access Form.
- Verbiage changes to Purchase Goods form and Submit a Business Office request form to support the onboarding of the Library Business Office.
- Updated the backend routing of the FSPT Form.
- Replaced the Surface Pro Dock with a newer model as an offering on the order form.
SecureConnect
- The Principal Investigator form is now live. PIs will receive a link to complete the form and will be able to ask for assistance in getting their lab devices up to UCSD security standards or request exceptions.
Service Portfolio
- Adjusted the layout of the Service Offering form in the platform.
