Release 8.16.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on 2021-02-10.
Change Management
- Post status subflow is being moved to after approvals being started to permit status page postings to be defined during a CAB review
- One special approval condition will be taken care of, when a single approver is listed, so the workflow will not hang
Service Portal
- We have updated the date information displayed when viewing a ticket on the portal. Instead of displaying "Updated X days ago," we display the date the ticket was updated.
