Release 15.2.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on September 3, 2025.

Data

• Adjusted the "Services" Link in the Application Navigator to only display Business Services, instead of both Services & Service Offerings.
• Added device and assignee information information to the SecureConnect CMDB Computer API Endpoint.

Request Catalog

• Updated workflow flow and adjusted verbiage on the CourseLeaf Access Form.
• Added the ability to assign tickets to a different organization when retiring an assignment group using the ServiceNow Group Management form.
• Updated the flow and adjusted the description of the tasks for the Third Party Payment Form.
• Adjusted verbiage and fixed some display logic issues on the Undergrad Scholarship Payment Request Form.
• Added Fall 2025-specific language to the Campus Card Request Form.

Service Portal

• Removed Service & Service Offering results in the /services portal.
