Overview
Learn about the ways to view and edit Microsoft 365 files in your web browser. Microsoft 365 lets you access documents stored in OneDrive, Outlook Web App attachments, and Skype meeting notes whenever you have an internet connection. Microsoft 365 can be accessed from www.office.com.

You can access your documents whenever you have an Internet connection, from almost any device:
- Documents stored in OneDrive
- Attachments in Outlook Web App
- Meeting notes in Skype for Business Web App
And sharing documents with others is as simple as sending a link.
Steps to Take
Access
- Navigate to www.office.com in your browser
- Click Sign in
- Enter your UCSD email and log in via Active Directory
- Complete DUO two-step authentication
Create new file
- Click Create new in the center of the Home tab, or the Create tab in the left sidebar
- Click on the corresponding file type you want (e.g. Word document, PowerPoint presentation) in the selection at the top.
Finding files
- Use the search bar at the top
- Click on My content on the left sidebar and filter
