Release 11.11.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on August 3, 2022.

Approvals

• Updated the 'My Approvals' widget by giving it a cleaner look and allowing users to filter and sort their approvals.
• Updated the verbiage of the Auto-Approval Reminder notification.

Chat

• Updated the pending agent chat notification

Platform

• Fixed an issue with the Incidents (Legacy) and General Requests (Legacy) filters in the "My Work" section of the application navigator.

Service Portfolio

• Updated the logic when retiring a service offering, it will not set the offering's status to 'retired' and not 'non-operational'.
