Voicemail Message Waiting Light Blinking but No New Messages


Problem


The Message Waiting light on your desk phone keeps flashing, even though there are no new voicemail messages in your mailbox.  

 

Solution


Call your phone and leave a test voicemail message, then delete this test message.  This usually clears the Message Waiting indicator.
