Overview
Follow these steps to order a desk phone for your office or order a new feature for your current desk phone.
Critical Concepts
- You will need your department's Index number to order new phone services. If you are unsure what this is, please contact your department fiscal contact or department business office.
- If you need an existing phone repaired, please submit a ticket requesting repair. Please provide us your UCSD username, office location, phone number of broken phone, and an alternate contact phone number.
Steps to Take
- Choose the type of phone model you would like.
- Choose the features or feature package you would like.
- Review the associated installation fees and monthly fees.
- Order phone and/or service through the Customer Service Request (CSR) form.
- Telecom will contact you within 48 hours regarding your request.
