Follow these steps to order a desk phone for your office or order a new feature for your current desk phone.

Steps to Take


  1. Choose the type of phone model you would like.
  2. Choose the features or feature package you would like.
  3. Review the associated installation fees and monthly fees.
  4. Order phone and/or service through the Customer Service Request (CSR) form.
  5. Telecom will contact you within 48 hours regarding your request.
