Share Content During Zoom Meeting


Overview


Learn how to share content with meeting participants from your screen.  Instructions for annotating your content are available at the bottom of this page.

 

Steps to Take


On Zoom Client

  1. From the Zoom client, choose Share Screen.
  2. Choose to share any of the following:
    • Desktop Screen 1
    • Desktop Screen 2 (if a second monitor is connected)
    • Whiteboard
    • iPhone/ iPad
  3. Select enable or disable your computer’s sound.
  4. Select enable or disable full screen optimization.
  5. Choose Share Screen.

 

On iPhone or iPad app

  1. From the Apple application, choose Share Content.
  2. Choose one of the following sharing options:
    • Photo
    • iCloud Drive
    • Box
    • Dropbox
    • Google Drive
    • Microsoft OneDrive for Business
    • Microsoft OneDrive
    • Website URL
    • Bookmark
  3. Enter applicable details for sharing the specific content.

 

On Android app

  1. From the Android application, choose Share Content.
  2. Choose one of the following sharing options:
    • Photos
    • iCloud Drive
    • Box
    • Dropbox
    • Google Drive
    • Microsoft OneDrive for Business
    • Microsoft OneDrive
    • Website URL
    • Bookmark
  3. Enter applicable details for sharing the specific content.

 

Annotate your shared content

Note: You cannot annotate content shared from an Android device.

  1. During the meeting, choose Share content.
  2. From the menu, choose Annotate from the meeting menu.
  3. You will now see various options for annotation on the Annotate menu.
