Divert Calls Directly to Voicemail


Overview


By default your incoming calls divert to voice mail when you don’t answer them, or when your line is busy. Use the following guide to directly route all calls to voicemail.

Steps to Take


To activate feature

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Press * 2 # or press your call diversion button (available on some phone models)
  3. Listen for an interrupted dial tone
  4. Replace the handset

To cancel this feature

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Press # 2 # or press your call diversion button (available on some phone models)
  3. Listen for a normal dial tone
  4. Hang up or release the call diversion button
