WalkMe has been selected by the Enterprise Systems Renewal (ESR) program as UC San Diego’s digital adoption platform (DAP).

WalkMe is a digital adoption tool. With Walkme, you will receive direct communications from the project team, links to client support avenues, access to search Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), automated processes to make you work more efficient, and contextual tips. In addition, to carefully crafted step-by-step guides to support your work.

The WalkMe web browser extension delivers the functionality to end users. For this reason, everyone at UC San Diego needs to install the WalkMe browser extension.

• The WalkMe Browser extension/plug-in/add-on name varies with the browser you use. To simplify these instructions we refer to it as an "extension".
• The extension only needs to be installed once to work for all applications.
