Checking your Office365 Exchange mail


Overview


Instructions for logging on to Outlook Web Access (OWA) using a Mac or PC.

Steps to Take


Log into your Office365 Exchange mail.

  1. Go to portal.office.com and type in your UC San Diego Email Address.



  2. You will be redirected to a UC San Diego Login Page. Enter your UC San Diego email address and password.



  3. Next, you will be prompted for your Two-step login. Find out more about two-step authentication.
    1. If you are working on a UC San Diego computer, check Remember me for seven days to reduce future authentication steps.




  4. If you are on a UC San Diego computer, choose Yes.
    1. Selecting Yes will reduce the number of times you have to log in.  
    2. For the protection of your account, click No for any other devices.




  5. Select the Outlook icon to open your Email.
