This is where you can review the statuses of your course offerings proposed for Summer Session(s).

Main functions on the Summer Session Class Approvals page

• View the statuses of your Summer Session course proposals in a list format after submission to Summer Session (① above)
• Filter what information is appearing on the page by utilizing the filters at the top of the page, including (② above) (see KB0033161):
  • Specific course subject codes, course numbers, and words in course titles
  • Term (SS1, SS2, SS3)
  • Instructor name
  • Approval Status
• Request a cancellation (③ above) (see KB0033160)
• Manage the read/unread statuses via the buttons on the top left (④ above) and checkboxes to the left of each course (⑤ above)
  
  • When Summer Session takes action on any pending requests (Approve, Deny, or Cancel) a notification of the action will appear on this page as an unread status. Departments can then manage the read/unread status according to their needs.
