How to Cancel Summer Course Offerings

How to Cancel Summer Course Offerings

The ISA Summer Session Class Approvals page can be accessed at https://instructionalscheduling.ucsd.edu/scheduler/summer-session-class-approval-statuses

This is where you can submit requests to Summer Session to cancel a course offering.  Summer Session requires a reason for cancellation to be included with your request, in addition to acknowledgment of your department leadership endorsement of the cancellation.

Note: All changes to course offerings must be communicated and verified by Summer Session. When cancelling a course, the course will stay on your Summer Session Scheduler Build and Class Approvals pages to serve as a historical record of the cancellation.

Steps to Take
