Connect UC San Diego Microsoft Outlook Email for Android


Overview


Follow these steps to set up Android to access your UC San Diego email account using Office 365 Exchange.

Before you begin, you need:

Steps to Take


  1. Go to the home screen by pushing the circle icon on the bottom middle of your Android device.  



  2. Open the Google Play Store by swiping down anywhere from the middle of the screen to the bottom. 
  3. Click on the Finder search bar at the top of your screen and type Play Store.
  4. Select Play Store  



  5. Inside the Play Store App type Outlook.



  6. Select Microsoft Outlook: Organize Your Email & Calendar.

     

  7. Click Install.



  8. Select Open.



  9. Click Get Started.



  10. Click Add Account.



  11. Type in your UC San Diego email address and select continue and password after clicking continue.  



  12. Next you will be prompted for your Two-step Login. Find out more about Two-step Login. Select Send Me a Push
      

     
  13. Click the arrows to go through the Outlook Tutorial.  

     

  14. Your Email will display after clicking the arrow button.
