Campus Duo for Health Users

Overview

Members of UCSD Health are required to use two different instances of Duo, one for Health applications and one for Main Campus. This requires only one app, but two different registrations.

Note: If you are looking to re-activate your Health Duo, you will need to contact Health IT for more assistance. They can be reached at (619) 543-4357 or via email at 3help@ucsd.edu. For more information on what services are supported by ITS vs. Health IT, you can refer to: IT Shared Services: UC San Diego Health

When do I need Campus Duo?

Campus Duo is needed for Campus applications. Some main examples are UCPath, UC Learning Center, Campus VPN, and Ecotime.

Other Health applications such as your email, Health VPN, or EPIC, require Health Duo.

Note: This also means whenever you need to re-activate Duo or change your device, you will need to do it for both Campus and Health Duo.
