Release 9.20.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on 2021-07-28.

Request Catalog

• The Requires Fulfiller Action (RFA) on RITMs was always set to false, which made it so that most dashboards ignored them. We have updated the RFA logic to that it remains true as long as the RITM is active.
• We are starting to require catalog items and record producers to be associated with an offering. Part of this change is making sure that the offering field is shown as a mandatory field on the catalog item and record producer table.

Workplace Health Management

• A new column has been added to the database that hosts the Work Location Status data. HR department contacts are able to edit this new "reviewed" date column via the HR interface.
• Database security rules have been updated to allow users with the Work Location Status back-end role to add or remove users as HR contacts for departments.
