Release 10.11.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on 2021-11-11.

Change Management

• Change management reported that they were unable to view the email in the activity stream of the change request approval record. This was due to a new security setting with the recent Quebec release. We adjusted this setting to the previous behavior, so that these emails are now correctly visible.

Request Catalog

• Removed an check in the Kuali Research Access Flow which created unnecessary catalog tasks.
• Updated the general ledger role selections available on the Oracle System Role form.
