• Better diagramming, decision trees, and templates for our developers when building flows or catalog items.
• Mobile App improvements
• Adjustments to how Surveys are managed and built.
• Overall, this version marks the release of major agent facing changes that we look forward to sharing with you over the next few months.
• There are also numerous foundational platform changes as ServiceNow moves towards their next generation platform. For the time, these are mostly quality of life changes for developers, but agents and customers may see minor quality of life improvements or GUI changes.
