ServiceNow 11.7.0 Release Notes
Release 11.7.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on July 6th, 2022.
- Added the actions "Mark as Spam" and "Mark as Duplicate" to the context ("hamburger") menu in the top left while viewing a case.
- Fixed a bug where empty billing records were being created for users.
- Added a new assignment group routing path on the Advancement Record Producer.
- Updated the Payment Request form on the Finance Portal. Many questions have been changed.
- Updated the assignment group routing on the Oracle PPM Sponsored Request form.
- Fixed a bug on the EAH Report Access form where tasks would not be created for agents.
