Release 11.14.0 introduced new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on August 24, 2022.

Service Portal

• Looked into Service Portal Designer and re-adjusted the layout to prevent overlapping. Updated the css script to include the height portion.

Asset

• Changes to asset records/ui/etc for August/September release
• • Add fields and adjust form design for percentage split for all six Project field blocks to Hardware table
  • Add fields and adjust form design for percentage split for all six Project field blocks to Purchase Order Line Item table
  • Create new "ITS Curated" form view to hide unused fields from ITS agents
• Made some verbiage updates to the Order Computer Equipment form.
