Manager Follow-Up Email on Negative Survey Scores
An email will be sent out to an Assignment Group manager when:
- The overall score of the survey must have an average rating of less than 3
- The customer must have added comments on the survey
If you need to change Group Managers, please use the Manage Group Form in the ITS portal.

You can turn this off by following these steps:

- Click the gear icon at the top right

- Click on notifications in the menu pop-up
- Select the category 'Case Notifications'

- Find the 'UCSD Survey Follow Up' email and toggle the primary email
