Manage Service Offerings


Overview

This page walks through how to manage your Service Offering(s) via the form. The form is located by navigating to the ITS Portal > Get Help > ServiceNow > Manage Service Offering. Or by going to this link.

 

Modify an Existing Service Offering

  1. Select the service offering you want to modify.
  2. The form will autofill what is currently set on the chosen service offering. Make your modifications here as desired

Requesting a New Service Offering

Fill out the required fields that populate upon selection. 

When you request a new service offering you must fill out all the required sections

Retire a Service Offering

  1. Select the service offering you want to retire.
  2. Add the reason for retiring the service offering. If the offering is in the IT Services organization, this information will be reviewed by the ITS-ServiceManagementOffice group. Otherwise, this service offering will automatically retire.
