Overview


UC San Diego's ServiceNow instance sends out a customer satisfaction survey once each ticket in the system is closed. 

 

Viewing Survey Results


 

Go into your Dashboard Overview, search for 'Survey Results' in the "Shared With Me" section, and click on the box that appears labeled 'UCSD - Survey Results...'

 

 

Once on the survey results page, drop downs for assignment groups, organizations, and specific agents will be available to help you isolate which survey you would like to view
