• Closed Legacy Incidents and Requests created before December 11, 2019. 

Catalog Requests

• Added "Student Employment" as an option for Business Office Requests, with respective assignment groups on created cases.
• Added assignment group to catalog tasks for the Jira / confluence request form.
• Changed verbiage on the Extension Form. 
• Changed verbiage on the ID Card Request Form.

Asset Management

• Added Project and Task Funding information to Catalog Task for Order Computer Equipment requests. 

The Hive Walk-Up Experience

• Fixed issues with the Hive's Walk-Up experience and television setup.
