Emailing or Scheduling Reports


All agents are able to create an automated scheduled sending of reports that can go to agents and non-agents. The following instructions show how to create a scheduled report. 

Steps to Take

  1. Go to Reports > View / Run and open the report you want to email

  2. Click the square share button next to the trash and click Schedule.

  3. Fill in the settings for your email:
