Hotfix 12.46.1 added the following fixes on November 2, 2023.
Request Catalog and Service Portal
- Modified wording on Emergency Loan Request Form.
- UCPath Access Requests, Revocations, and Cognos Access Requests will now be assigned to HR assignment groups.
Release 12.46.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on November 1, 2023.
HR Service Delivery
- Adjusted HR Case Email Notifications when cases are created.
- Updated case transfers between CSM and HR to include watchlist users.
Request Catalog and Service Portal
- Order Computer Equipment Form:
- Updated form description to reflect that transactions are now processed by the Bookstore for most orders.
- Added automation for the "Surface Pro Bundle" (Surface + Keyboard + warranty) to the form workflow when orders are sent to the Bookstore.
- Added the Surface Pro Signature Keyboard to the keyboards list.
- Released form for inbound action/alias requests.
- For Field Support Intake Form, "My Department" and "My VC Area" now shows corresponding user's manager's department and VC area.
- Onboarded new EHS RSD Service and RMP-EHS-IH Group.
Change Management
- Updated existing and created additional HDH critical processing dates so conflicts will be generated whenever a change request has planned start dates that fall within a blackout schedule.
User Management
- Fixed a business rule that adds user to the external customer group.
